About Claudine
Claudine Tinellis is a Sydney-based author, podcaster, facilitator and presenter. A former corporate lawyer, Claudine ventured into the world of publishing in 2014 as the editor of Coastal Chef: Culinary Art of Seaweed & Algae in the 21stCentury and in the years since has dedicated herself to writing fiction and finding varying ways to support the world of Australian literature.
In 2018, Claudine established Talking Aussie Books – a popular podcast bringing readers and writers of Australian fiction together. With close to 300 different authors interviewed to date, Talking Aussie Books is ranked amongst the top ten Australian reading and writing podcasts by Feedspot in 2025.
Her podcast guests have included Jane Harper, Michael Robotham, Trent Dalton, Holly Ringland, Fiona McIntosh, Candice Fox, Monica McInerney, Shankari Chandran, Dervla McTiernan, Chris Hammer, Natasha Lester, Jackie French and many, many more.
